Fly-In Breakfast – June 2
Join the Flying Club of Branch County, along with the Branch County Memorial Airport, for the 74th Annual Fly-In Breakfast, Sunday, June 2, from 7am until noon. All-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage and beverages. Adults are just $7, kids 4-11 are $4, and children 3 and under eat free! Airplane rides will also be available, weather pending.
Magic City Egg Fest – June 15
Make plans to head to West Michigan’s Coldwater Country for the inaugural Magic City Egg Fest, June 15 in Colon, the Magic Capital of the World. This culinary grilling competition is going to be delicious. Visitors can sample the amazing foods cooked by the EGGheads and experience the difference a Big Green Egg can make. Father’s Day at the Little River Railroad – June 16
The Little River Railroad welcomes dad to ride the rails for FREE this Father’s Day, June 16, 2019. Bring dad out to enjoy a fun-filled Father’s Day ride through the countryside. The train departs the station at 11am and 2pm. Please arrive at the station 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure to pick up information and tour the museum. Reservations recommended.
Strawberry Festival – June 22
Strawberries…get your strawberries at this annual June festival. Strawberry pies, strawberry shortcake and fresh strawberries are the real draw to downtown Coldwater, but the wonderful crafters have handmade candles, jewelry, stained glass, yard ornaments, furniture and more.
The fun continues throughout the summer with Bronson’s 50th Annual Polish Fest (July 18-20), Colon the Magic Capital of the World’s Annual Magic Get Together (August 7-10), and the Coldwater AppleFest (September 21), Quincy’s Pints in the Park (September 28).
