Celebrate Fall Harvest.

There is nothing more colourful than a Canadian fall harvest. Here in Niagara, we celebrate by throwing the largest wine festival and street parade in the country! As Canada turned 150 in 2017, the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival celebrates 66 years! Enjoy more than 100 events including winery tours and tastings, concerts, wine seminars and fresh local flavours from Niagara culinary partners. Live entertainment, a harvest lounge and the largest street parade add to the festivities and fun for all.

During the Festival you can pick up a Discovery Pass, which is your key to enjoy eight VQA wine and culinary pairings at participating wineries over three weekends from September 9–24, 2017. The hub of the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival can be found in historic Montebello Park in downtown St. Catharines, September 15–17 and 22–24. We invite you to enjoy the Festival weekends in Montebello Park in relaxed style. Skip the lines and enter the park through your own VIP gate with unlimited in and out use and enjoy Harvest Lounge VIP comfort during hours of operation September 15–17 and 22–24, 2017. Don’t forget you’ll also receive a commemorative glass, sheltered seating, upgraded washroom facilities, private bar and token booth within the lounge.

In honour of Canada turning 150 we are making a short film of epic proportions. Niagara citizens past and present who are strong in their roots, and proud of their heritage and Canadian life are sharing their story. Together we will be showcasing the film in Montebello Park during the Grape and Wine Festival. The film is a handful of stories about real life and how Niagara has played a significant role. Join us for Strong, Proud, Free — a Canadian story made right here in Niagara.
